I recently sold my car and had the pleasure of working with Dave. The experience was outstanding. The appraisal process was completed in just 15 minutes, and even after visiting several other dealers to compare offers, He honored the initial bid two weeks later. The paperwork was quick and efficient - less than 30 minutes - and I walked away with a check in hand. Compared to my past experience selling a car to another dealer, this was remarkably faster and much more pleasant. I highly recommend considering this dealer if you're looking to sell your car.

We visited on Friday to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Upon arrival the team was very happy to help us. Upon our return from the test, we met with Mike to complete the paperwork. He made this part of the process fast and efficient. The customer service was not pushy or pretentious but friendly. We arrived the this morning and finalized the purchase. We are extremely happy with the experience and the new vehicle. They will be my choice for our next purchase as well.

I went to Auto Connections of Bellevue to test drive a 2015 Mazda3 sedan. It was in excellent condition, clean title, well-maintained. Stu Cordova is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt right at home. Even though I ended up buying from another dealership I highly recommend Stu and his team. They are honest, straight forward, and open to inquiries. Stu even viewed the CARFAX of another vehicle I was looking at to see if there were any red flags. Stand up costumer service. I recently planned to buy a car from ACB and stopped by to see it. The car was just as promised, clean, well cared for inside and out. I met with the owner Stu who is a no pressure open owner. Met briefly with his finance lead Mike, also a super dude. I left thinking I was going to buy the vehicle we had a great deal arranged. I decided in the end not to pull the trigger and buy as I decided to pause on the type of vehicle I was looking at, my concern was the reliability of the model year, nothing ACB could of done differently, purely my decision Stu, Mike, and the ACB team gives used car sales a fresh reprieve. No nonsense, no hidden fees or underhanded antics, I will absolutely stay in touch with them should I get off the pause button for the vehicle I was considering. The cars are clean, the prices are fair, and their processes are straightforward. All the best.

I stopped by to look and test drive a car that I was looking for. I worked and communicated with Stu during my visit. I really don't enjoy the car-buying process at all just because I don't have the patience to do the whole "sales" dance dealerships typically do, so I try to look for dealerships with less aggressive salespeople. I found Stu comfortable to speak with and felt like he listened to what I wanted and thought. He did not try and sell me a different car than the one I wanted. When I asked to test-drive it, he promptly pulled it up front and handed me the key, no problem. I took it out and examined it for almost an hour. When I got back, he asked what I thought, and I told him I wanted to get it barring an inspection. Stu had zero issues with my request, and I told him about me not living in the area. He was willing to deliver the car to a mechanic of my choosing just as long as it wasn't anywhere reasonably far, and I completely understand that. I decided on a mechanic nearby and gave the mechanic Stu's information. Stu managed to get the car to the mechanic on the appointment time, and I was able to have the inspection results later that day. I did not end up getting the vehicle due to inspection results. Truth be told, I felt really bad because I really wanted Stu to be my salesman, and I really wanted that specific car. Thank you, Stu, for being a pleasure to work with, and thank you for being reliable!

Auto Connections of Bellevue is my go to place when I'm looking for a car, or any family member or friend too. Between my wife and I and our kids we've bought or leased over 10 cars over the last 20+ years. I always check with Auto Connections whenever any of us are in the market for a new car. They've always treated us fairly and you don't have that slimy feeling you often get when buying a car from a traditional car dealer. You know, where you walk away not sure if you were just robbed or not. I've never felt that way when dealing with Auto Connections. They're honest, trustworthy and go above and beyond to make sure you're getting what you want. I can't recommend them highly enough. Do youself a favor and look at their inventory or talk to them and you won't be disappointed.

I tried to sell my car this morning at Benz dealer in Seattle because I thought I was going to get a better deal since I bought my car from them, they’ve done all the maintenance and know my car but they offered me $31400. They said if I get an offer in writing they could beat it by $250. I went Bellevue Nissan they offered me $33,000, and my final stop Auto Connections at Bellevue offered me $34,000 and a whole process went so smoothly. While I worked with Auto Connections, Benz texted me again to remind me about $250 deal but I refused. I don’t like the way they do business - trying to steal $ from me and other dealer?? In the other hand, Auto Connection has a truthful work ethic. I worked with Kurt and I was very happy with him - no need to waste my time back and forth. I bought 3 benz and two of them from Benz in Seattle but I know now where to go/deal to buy/sell my car. I strongly recommend this truthful dealer to all my friends and family. On top of it, Kurt also reserved/paid Uber for me and checked with me if I get home safely. It was just so amazing… What a nice surprise! $250 is not worthy to betray for the truthful dealer like Auto Connections. Wow, I never wrote the review this long in my life :) Best wishes!

Although we didn't end up making a deal with my vehicle, I thoroughly recommend Auto Connections. They reached out to check on a vehicle I was looking to sell and asked if we'd be able to come in. I agreed and arrived the next day and they were very pleasant, respectful, and cordial. Didn't feel pressure at all and they seemed very honest. Different than the norm for sure. I rarely leave reviews on businesses that I do not make purchases with, but this one deserves that exception.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I haven't purchased a vehicle for 15 years. In college, I sold cars at a luxury dealership, so I understand how the business CAN be. I recently visited Auto Connections to purchase a 2016 Lexus GSF that I saw online and I'm glad I did. I dealt with Stu Cordova, the CEO. Stu was a straight shooter, did not play any games and did not waste my time. Stu went above and beyond for me and was incredibly patient as I was hassling w/ my bank (BofA) to get moving on the paperwork. (Wasn't a credit issue - it was a typical BofA, slow process thing...). Back to the point, Stu was easy and fair to deal with and I felt good about the deal. Further, the Finance Manager, Mike Vena, was also a pleasure to deal with. Normally, this part of the process can be frustrating, but Mike was prepared, professional and not at all pushy. In fact, we were able to find a a comparable rate to my bank (minus the waiting....) and he offered a a great value for an extended warranty. All in all, while purchasing a car can be a dreadful process depending on where you go and who you are dealing with, I found my experience with Stu and Mike at Auto Connections ENJOYABLE. (Seriously!). I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. Again, professional, courteous and respectful. 10/10 would buy from them again.

I reluctantly bought a super-low mileage pristine Saturn SC2 online from Auto Connections of Bellevue, but I am VERY HAPPY that I did! I have bought a very low mileage Saturn online before from a different dealer, and got screwed with a Great Lakes-area rust bucket! The car I bought online from Auto Connections of Bellevue was EVERY BIT AS NICE as all the details photos made the car look. Even with just over 15,000 original miles, I was skeptical of their "even has that new car smell" claim, as it is a 20-year-old car...but they were RIGHT! Auto Connections made my online purchase and delivery SEAMLESS! All claims and photos proved accurate, and I would buy from them online again!

I purchased a used vehicle at a decent price. The experience was both positive and professional. Unfortunately, the vehicle needed a major repair that was not covered under warranty, however the dealership offered to help pay for part of the repair which they weren't obligated to do so. I highly recommend this dealership.

I emailed Stu and Keith in mid-June about a Navigator they had listed.  I scheduled a time to come in for a test drive and Keith had it ready and the vehicle was perfect.  I scheduled an independent mechanic to review which they allowed me to do and the mechanic found a small thing which Keith and Stu got fixed immediately.   With Covid the loan process took a long time with our bank but they were patient and helpful and I have been very happy with the overall process.   Would recommend and I would buy another car with them in the future.

Well I've been waiting to make a review because a car purchase is so much more than the initial purchase. Now as I just ticked over 10k miles added to the car I feel I can make a fully informed decision. First off the initial purchase was made very easy and simple, I'm from Indiana and was purchasing a car in Washington... enough said. My salesman there was Kurt and he answered every question I had and was very helpful when it came time for purchase and arranging for transportation of the car, ensuring that it would be ready for transport on a short notice. After receiving the car he checked in to see how things went with transport and how initial impressions were after finally getting to see it in person myself. Needless to say everything was perfect and the car was in excellent condition and now 10,000 miles later it hasn't skipped a beat. Even when I went to register the car and the bank forgot to get all the paperwork to me I sent kurt a text on a Saturday when he wasn't at work telling him the situation and he responded instantly and had a solution by Monday. I know not every experience is perfect but I'm convinced that the people at Auto Connections of Bellevue are trying their best to make as many as possible.
