The 2022 Mini Cooper SE is an affordable, fun-to-drive electric hatchback that excels as a nimble city commuter.  A 135kW electric motor pushes out 181 horsepower and 199 lb-ft of torque while the automatic transmission offers 2 levels of power.  This Mini goes from 0 to 60 mph in roughly 6.9 seconds and the low battery placement gives it a balanced, agile "go-kart" feel on tight corners.  The EPA estimates 114 miles on a full charge, with charging taking about 35 minutes to go from 0% to 80%.  Most users on r/MINI agree that this generation is a blast to drive and could become a future classic due to its light weight and agility.
